About The Developer and Architect
Local residents Kirsten Thoft and Ted Nadeau purchased this building several years ago. They kept the building as a rental property during that time but developed plans to renovate the building and establish condominium ownership. Ms. Thoft is a licensed architect with US Green Building Council LEED AI credentials and acted as the architect for the project. Kirsten has worked in the area for 20+ years beginning with Michael Graves Architect and The Hillier Group and now as the head of her own firm. She has a focus on substantial renovations of older homes and has worked on many such local projects as well as commercial projects such as the fit-out for Small World Coffee on Nassau Street. Kirsten is currently the Vice Chair of the Historic Preservation Committee and a member of the Environmental Commission.
